We strive to provide you with the best service, the best products and we can only do so by implementing a few changes.
A valid credit card is required to hold your appointments.
Without or a valid credit card on file, your appointment will not be booked.
We strongly suggest pre-booking any refill appointments after your service before leaving the studio to ensure you can get an appointment at the time and date needed so that you avoid any additional fees for retention loss/grown out lashes.
We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time. We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however the following policies apply.
Lash District has a $50 non-refundable fee for ANY cancellations made less than 24 hours prior. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advanced or a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure enough time for quality results.
Clients arriving over 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artist next appointment.
While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion.
In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
NEW CLIENT POLICY
Due to liability reasons, we do not refill eyelash extensions applied by another facility. New clients who currently have eyelash extensions applied by another facility will require a removal a new full set.
To maintain the fullness of your lashes we recommend refills every 2-3 weeks.
If it has been more than 3 weeks (21 days), please schedule a Full Set when booking.
It is required that you have at least 40% of your lash extensions in order to be considered a “refill".
If more than 40% of lash extensions are detached or grown out, please schedule a “Full Set” when booking.
Clients arriving to a refill appointment when a Full Set is necessary may be asked to reschedule as the duration of a Full Set is longer and may inconvenience your Lash Stylist next appointment.
Our minimum age requirement for services is 18 years of age. 17 and younger may also receive services with a parent/guardian consent.
We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection.
Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your appointment. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise we will charge a $15 makeup removal fee and the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session.
CELL PHONE POLICY
We ask that all cell phones are tuned off or on silent during your appointment.
If you are receiving a lash session we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that our lash stylist are using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.
We accept cash, and all major credit cards.
Gratuities are accepted.
NO SHOW POLICY
We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment.
After 1 no show you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking.
We do not offer refunds on services. Please note that any reactions to eyelash extensions are not foreseeable by Lash District skilled and trained staff. Whilst care is taken, no refunds will be issued for reactions. Lash District do offer a free removal if any reactions occur. Please contact us immediately if you become aware of allergic reaction so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
